There are a few essential features to look for in swim goggles:  secure fit with no leakage, comfort, and ability to see clearly.  For those who normally wear prescription glasses, prescription swim goggles are recommended.  Prescription goggles are often available in adult and junior sizes.  Leeder® and Liberty Sport swim goggles offer exceptional fit, comfort and visibility.

Leader® manufactures a few varieties of prescription goggles:  Leader® xRX RX-Ready prescription swim goggles are designed to accommodate virtually any prescription-total power range: +8.00D to -10.00D to -6.00D astigmatism.  The hypo-allergenic silicone eye seals and strap, with an adjustable nose bridge provide a unique, leak-proof lens bevel design (special edging through Hilco’s Express Rx Lab program is required for leak-proof performance). Leader® also sells Vantage Adult Complete adult goggles, a prescription lens goggle with hypo-allergenic silicone eye seals and dual split head strap.  Leader® Velocity Complete goggles provide a low profile polycarbonate lens design with 3 piece interchangeable bridge design for a custom fit.

Liberty Sport has two prescription swim goggles for the avid swimmer.  FrogEye swim goggles have a Double Lens Technology including a two-lens solution that allows you to see clearly not only above but below the water as well.  The Shark swim goggles include clear, single-vision prescription lenses and an adjustable bridge for a custom fit.  With this goggle, you can upgrade to light-responsive (photochromic) lenses that change from clear to dark grey in the sun (rain or shine).
