Harvard Square Eye Care Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
● Referrer: An individual who refers friends or family to Harvard Square Eye Care.
● Referred Customer: An individual who books and pays for an appointment at Harvard Square Eye Care after being referred.
● Referral Reward: A 10% discount on services per Referred Customer, up to a maximum of five referrals.
2. Program Overview
Referrers can earn a 10% discount on their next appointment for each friend or family member who books and pays for an appointment. A referrer can refer up to five individuals, earning a maximum total discount of 50%.
3.Eligibility
● The Referral Program is open to existing customers of Harvard Square Eye Care.
● Referrals must be new customers to the clinic. 4. Earning Referral Rewards
● Referrers will be notified when their referred customer books and pays for an appointment.
● Discounts are applied to the referrer’s account upon confirmation of the referred customer’s completed appointment and payment.
5. Program Restrictions
● Discounts are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and hold no cash value.
● Self-referrals are not allowed.
● Referral discounts apply only to new customers who have not previously visited the clinic.
6. Limitation of Liability
Harvard Square Eye Care is not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants in the referral program or for any technical failures.
7. Program Modifications
Harvard Square Eye Care reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
8. Beta Program Acknowledgment
By participating in this Referral Program, participants acknowledge that it is a beta (pilot) program. Harvard Square Eye Care will endeavor to fulfill all obligations regarding the issuance of discounts but reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary.
9. Privacy and Compliance
Participants agree to Harvard Square Eye Care’s use of their information in accordance with the clinic’s privacy policy. Referrers must ensure that they have permission from the referred person to share their details.
10. Termination of Participation
