Dr. Shah is originally from Massachusetts and was born and raised in Lowell, MA. He graduated with honors from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology.
Dr. Shah received his Optometric training at the New England College of Optometry, where he completed multiple clinical rotations at community health centers in the Boston area, as well as the VA Medical Center in Bedford, MA. Dr. Shah also spent time in Miami, FL at a Private Practice specializing in contact lenses. Furthermore, Dr. Shah interned at an OD/MD practice around
Middlesex County where he gained experience with advanced ocular diseases and post-op care.
During his time in optometry school, he volunteered at middle schools and elementary schools screening children for eyecare. Dr. Shah has a drive to provide excellent eye care for his patients as well as ensure they reach their highest visual potential. Dr Shah is a diehard Boston sports fan and enjoys watching his local teams compete at the highest
level. He also spends a lot of his free time playing basketball, golfing and spending quality time with his friends/family.
